“Everything is everything. What is meant to be will be. After winter must come spring. Change, it comes eventually.” – Lauryn Hill
Beattie writes that we don’t have to rush everything. Don’t be in such a hurry to move on. Just take in this moment, and be.
For the past few hours, I’ve been lounging around doing nothing. I’m not quite sure that that’s what she meant, but… whatever.
In all seriousness, I think we have a tendency to want to rush things. We need the simple answers and the quick fixes. We rarely want to sit around and wait for the answers.
In reality, sometimes the answers are in front of our faces, and we’re so busy looking for every other possibility that we don’t see them.
So, relax. Let things fall where they may. And before you know it, you’ll be in a different place.
